At Pefli, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience for our customers looking for high-quality fashion and dresses. Below you will find our comprehensive policies regarding shipping, delivery, returns, and exchanges.

Part 1: Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping Eligibility

We offer reliable shipping options directly to your doorstep. To dynamic provide the best value to our customers, we offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $75.00.

  • Orders over $75.00: FREE Standard Shipping.

  • Orders under $75.00: A flat standard shipping fee will be calculated and displayed dynamically at checkout based on your location.

2. Processing & Delivery Timelines

  • Order Processing: Once your order is placed, it takes 1 to 3 business days to inspect, pack, and process your items before shipment.

  • Estimated Shipping Time: Delivery timeframes vary based on the destination destination, but standard shipping typically takes between 7 to 15 business days. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your package is dispatched.

Part 2: Returns & Refunds Policy

We understand that your purchase may not always meet your expectations. To give you ultimate peace of mind, we provide a flexible return process split into two customer-centric windows:

  • 7-Day No-Questions-Asked Return & Exchange Window: Within the first 7 days of delivery, you can return or exchange any apparel item for any reason, no questions asked.

  • 100-Day Extended Return Policy: Beyond the initial 7 days, you can still return or exchange your items for up to 100 days from the delivery date, provided the items meet our strict standard return conditions.

1. Standard Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or an exchange, all clothing items must meet the following criteria:

  • Items must be brand new, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged.

  • Items must have all original product tags, SKU labels, and clear original garment packaging intact.

  • Returns that fail to meet these conditions will be declined by our fulfillment center.

2. Return Fees & Eligibility

  • Free Return Shipping: Return shipping costs will be fully covered by Pefli only if the return is due to our verified error, including:

    • Manufacturing defects (e.g., torn fabric, incorrect or missing stitching).

    • Production contamination or stains.

    • Incorrect items, sizes, or SKUs sent to you.

  • Customer-Covered Returns: For returns initiated due to personal preferences (e.g., style, fit, comfort, or changing your mind), the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly final sale and not eligible for returns, exchanges, or cash refunds:

  • Gift cards, store rewards, and digital vouchers.

  • Final sale items or promotional clearance items.

  • Swimwear, accessories, jewelry, and bags due to hygiene standards.

Part 3: Step-by-Step Return Process

To ensure your return is received and processed correctly, please follow our authorized standard return procedure. Do NOT send returns to the address listed on your original shipping label; that is a transit hub, and packages sent there cannot be processed or refunded.

  • Step 1: Contact Us: Send an email to contact@pefli.com with the subject line: "Return Request: Order #XXXXXX" (Include your exact order number).

  • Step 2: Submit Item Details: Provide the item name/SKU, the reason for your return, and clear photos showing the garment tag and the intact SKU label attached.

  • Step 3: Receive Instructions & Authorized Address: Our customer support team will review your submission within 24 to 48 hours and provide you with the exact address of our designated return warehouse facility (located in the US, UK, AU, or DE).

  • Step 4: Ship and Share Tracking: Ship the package using a local trackable carrier. Once dispatched, you must reply to our email with your return tracking number and carrier name.

  • Step 5: Inspection & Fulfillment: Once our warehouse receives and inspects the package, please allow 5 to 10 business days for our team to process your refund or replacement.

Part 4: Refunds & Processing Timeframes

Where is My Refund?

Once approved, refunds are automatically issued to your original method of payment (original shipping fees are non-refundable). Depending on your financial institution, please allow the following estimated business days for the funds to clear:

Note: If you have checked your account and still haven't received your refund after the specified timeframe, please contact your bank or credit card issuer directly as processing delays can occur on their end before posting.

Part 5: Exchange Policy

We are happy to support exchanges for eligible apparel items under the following terms:

  • Each purchased item is eligible for one-time exchange only.

  • Items sent as part of an exchange order are considered final and are not eligible for a second return or further exchanges.

  • Price differences within $5.00 USD will be adjusted accordingly (you will be invoiced for the remaining balance if the new item costs more, or issued a partial refund/store credit if it costs less).

  • To request an exchange, simply follow Step 1 and Step 2 of the standard return process above, specifying your desired new size or item.

Part 6: Important Legal & Customer Clarifications

Non-Defective Conditions

The following conditions are inherent to apparel manufacturing and display and are not classified as defective or manufacturing errors:

  • Loose threads, minor raw edges, or natural fabric texture variations.

  • Slight color variations due to studio lighting, digital editing, or individual monitor display settings.

  • Minor measurement variations within standard manufacturing design tolerances.

  • Damage caused by improper care, machine washing, alterations, or general wear-and-tear post-delivery.

Dispute Note

Please note that opening a formal chargeback or payment dispute with your bank bypasses our customer service and automatically freezes the automated refund process, which can delay a resolution by up to 75 days. We strongly recommend reaching out to us at contact@pefli.com first so we can resolve your issue directly and significantly faster.
